FIGLEAF BOUTIQUE ONLINE STORE
Although our brick & mortar stores remain closed at this time, we are reopening our online store as of 5/22/2020 so you can shop from the comfort of your home! We will begin to process and ship online orders M-F from our Athens, Ohio store location where we will be doing our very best to process orders in a clean, safe and reliable manner.
ONLINE ORDERS -- CUSTOMER SERVICE
Once our online store is re-opened, our customer service will be available for online order questions on weekdays M-F 11:00 am to 5:00 pm (except holidays) via email at shop@FigleafBoutique.com. We will get back to you asap!
- We are not available by phone in stores at this time.
- For best service, please do not direct online order questions via social media as they can be missed.

ONLINE ORDERS PROCESSING
- Online orders placed by 11:00 am M-F will be processed on the same day.
- Online orders placed after 11:00 am M-F will be processed on the next business day M-F.
- Online orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
- The items in your cart will be located & carefully inspected.
- Please note that because we are a very small boutique company with limited inventory, we sometimes sell out of items after the item goes into your cart.
- Payment will be processed for items ordered & in stock.
- If an item in your order is not in stock at the time of processing and it is not due to restock anytime soon, we will refund the cost of the item back to the payment method used and email you a notification to the email associated with your order.
- Please allow some time for your bank to show these funds in your account.
- Your items will then be packed for shipping!
- Next your shipping label will be created for your package!
- Please make sure your address is correct and complete!
- We cannot ship if address is not immediately validated by USPS in our system.
- We will email you if we require additional shipping address info so please make sure your email is accurate!
ONLINE ORDERS SHIPPING
- After the processing steps above are complete, your online order will be shipped M-F via USPS priority or first class mail to US continental locations with USPS tracking so you can monitor your package!
- We are currently shipping from Athens, OH.
- Shipping time depends on the ship to address for your order and can take anywhere from 1-10 business days after processing your order, but usually its just a couple of days.
- Our non-refundable, flat fee shipping cost is $5.95.
- If your entire order cannot be shipped because the items in your order are out of stock, then of course the shipping cost will be refunded.
- We are not offering free shipping at this time.
Although it doesn't happen often, sometimes there are issues with shipping!
- SHIPPING ISSUE POLICIES:
- Figleaf Boutique is not responsible for an incorrect or incomplete address entered on the order, so please double check your address and be sure to include correct street address, any apartment #, and correct zip code, etc.
- Figleaf Boutique is not able to change address details after the package is processed and shipped, so please double check your shipping address before submitting your order!
- Figleaf Boutique is not responsible for packages after they are shipped and confirmed by USPS tracking as delivered, so please call your local post office and provide the tracking # if you have any issues with delivery.
- Figleaf Boutique does not offer services to locate packages that seem to be lost but marked as delivered by USPS tracking.
- LOST PACKAGE?
- "What should I do if USPS tracking shows my package as delivered, but I cannot find my package?"
- Check mailbox, front door, side door, lobby, etc.
- Check with neighbors in case the package was accidentally left next door!
- Double check the address you provided to in your order to ensure correct delivery address!
- Call your local post office and/or postal delivery person and provide them with the tracking # & explain that you cannot find the package even though you received a delivery notice.
- Once the investigation is complete, if your package is lost in transit we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. If, however, USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
- RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGE?
- If package is marked RETURNED TO SENDER by USPS we will review the order as soon as it comes back to us and then contact you by email.
- If the items in the order are still inside and still in perfect condition, we will issue you a credit in the form of an online Gift code (minus a $10 return to sender fee, and minus the original non-refundable shipping cost.)
