** HOLIDAY ONLINE PURCHASES -- RETURNS POLICY**

Customers may request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION & RETURN  LABEL thru January 5, 2019, via email (shop@FigleafBoutique.com) as per instructions below, for full priced holiday gift items purchased online & shipped out between 11/23/2018 & 12/20/2018. 

Items purchased online & shipped out prior to 11/23/2018 or after 12/20/2018 must follow our usual policy as stated below in the BUY ONLINE & RETURN ONLINE section.

Following authorization approval, item must be shipped by customer with the provided RETURN LABEL & received back to Figleaf Boutique no later than January 10th to qualify for refund (less the $7 return fee). 

Item must have Figleaf tag attached with style # of item view-able on tag.  Items may not be discounted, marked down, washed, worn, or damaged.

All other requirements and instructions of our usual policy found below apply.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON PACKAGES THAT ARRIVE BACK TO US PAST THE DEADLINE OR WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION!

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS, SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS & STICKY BRAS.

Customer return cost is currently $7.00 per order, or per item if return shipping separately.

REQUIREMENTS: ----------------------

  1. Item MUST BE purchased online only, at full price only, with price tag still attached.
  2. Item must NOT be worn, washed, or damaged.
  3. Item must NOT be a gift certificate, earrings, sale/markdown item, swimwear, or sticky bra.
  4. Customer must also follow the exact INSTRUCTIONS below meeting all deadlines:

INSTRUCTIONS: ------------------------

STEP 1:  Email us within 14 days of receiving your item (as shown on your USPS tracking).

  •        Email To:   shop@FIGLEAFboutique.com
  •        Email Subject:  Return Authorization Request
  •        Email Body:
  •            Your full name
  •            Your original order #
  •            Your original order date
  •            Items you would like to return
  •            Reason for return

STEP 2:  Check your email in 1-3 days!

We'll send you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION & USPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL within 1-2 business days after receiving your email, if your item qualifies for a return.

STEP 3: Print your USPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL!

STEP 4: Pack your item!

Just place the authorized return item, (unworn/unwashed/undamaged) with Figleaf tag still attached, inside the original packaging. Seal up the package and securely attach the USPS RETURN SHIPPING LABEL!

STEP 5: Mail your package within 7 days of receiving your RETURN LABEL.  You can also Schedule a pick up from USPS.com!

STEP 6: Receive your refund!

We will process your return within 1-7 business days of receiving your return package and will refund your credit card for the amount of the item(s) less the $7 RETURN FEE, as long as all criteria stated here has been fully met.  Original shipping cost for orders is not refundable.  Please allow up to 20 days from the time we receive your return package for refund to fully process.

  • Returns are not accepted for refund on items purchased in Figleaf Boutique stores.

  • Returns are not accepted for refund without RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
  • Figleaf Boutique reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
