ONLINE ORDER RETURN for REFUND

We will accept returns postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order for refund to your original form of payment, (minus a return shipping charge of $7.95 which will be deducted from your refund).

For item return & refund consideration:

  • Items must meet the following item requirements, and
  • You must follow our instructions below to obtain return authorization & return label.

RETURN for REFUND ITEM REQUIREMENTS: 

  1. Your return item MUST have been purchased at full price & online at FigleafBoutique.com. (No returns on items purchased in brick & mortar stores or at a discounted amount.)
  2. Item MUST HAVE Figleaf Boutique price tag & any manufacturer tag still attached. (No returns on items without tags still attached.)
  3. Item MUST BE unworn, unwashed, unaltered, & undamaged. (No returns on worn, washed, altered or damaged items.)
  4. Item MUST NOT be jewelry, swimwear, bra, or any item discounted from its original price. (Items sold at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.)

Please note:

  • If any item arrives to you damaged, you must notify Figleaf Boutique via email with picture and details of damage in writing via email to shop@FigleafBoutique.com within 48 hours of receiving the item in order to be considered for return authorization.
  • If any items appear to be worn, washed, altered, or damaged upon return to us, no refund will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to determine if an item appears to qualify for a return refund or not.
  • We do not refund gift codes, gift certificates or store credits.

RETURN for REFUND INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • STEP 1:  EMAIL US within 5 days of receiving your item (as shown on USPS tracking for your order).
    •  Email To:  shop@FigleafBoutique.com
    •   Email Subject:  Return Authorization Request
    •   Email Body:
      •   Your full name as it appears in your order
      •   Your online order #
      •   List of items you would like to return
      •   Reason for return
  • STEP 2:  CHECK YOUR EMAIL in 1-2 business days M-F!
    • We will review your return request & if it appears that your items qualify for a return/refund we will email you a USPS return shipping label.  (You must use our return label.)
    • If your items do not appear to qualify for a return/refund we will notify you via email.
  • STEP 3: PRINT your USPS return shipping label!
    • The return label has tracking # too!
  • STEP 4: RE-PACK your items authorized to return.
    • Tape the USPS return shipping label to the white poly mailing package that the item(s) originally arrived in.  (Tape the return label on top of the original label, using clear packing tape!)
    • Place the authorized return item(s) inside the package.
    • Seal up the package with clear packing tape!
  • STEP 5: MAIL your package within 10 days of receiving your order! 
    • Drop off at post office or give to mail man!
    • Just remember that the return package needs to be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • STEP 6: RECEIVE your refund!
    • Due to COVID-19 pandemic concerns, all return packages will be held for 3 days prior to unpacking, inspecting & processing returns.   
    • After inspecting your return, we will refund to your original form of payment, (minus the return shipping charge of $7.95 which will be deducted from your refund) as long as your item meets the above item requirements and the instructions herein were followed properly.
    • The original shipping cost on orders is not refundable. 
    • Please allow for approximately 10 days before your refund is processed on our end; however, your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account. 
 

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

  • We do not accept returns for refund without authorization as stated herein, or without the use of our return shipping label.
  • We do not accept returns for refund on items postmarked after 10 days of receiving your order as stated by the USPS tracking.
  • We do not conduct return/refunds inside brick & mortar stores, or for items originally purchased inside brick & mortar stores.
  • Figleaf Boutique reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy or set of instructions from time to time.
  • Exchanges are not conducted for online purchases.
