Shipping

HOW WE SHIP:

We usually PROCESS orders within 2 business days, as long as item is in stock. If your item is not in stock we will email you asap.  Please note that because we are a small boutique company with limited inventory, we do sometimes sell out of items after the item goes into your cart.  We will try our very best to fulfill your order!

We SHIP orders via USPS PRIORITY or FIRST CLASS  MAIL to US continental locations with USPS tracking, which usually takes 2-6 business days to actually arrive at your address, after processing your order, and depending on the shipping address. 

  • We currently ship from Athens or Columbus, OH  -or-  Pittsburgh PA, so please calculate your shipping time based on that information and your address.

 

HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO SHIP:

Shipping COST $5 non-refundable flat fee is charged to ship all original orders at this time.  We are not offering free shipping at this time.

PROBLEMS WITH SHIPPING:

Figleaf Boutique is not responsible for packages after leaving our processing locations!

What to do if USPS TRACKING shows package as delivered, but customer cannot find the package?

  • Check mailbox, front door, side door, lobby etc.
  • Check with neighbors in case the package was accidentally left next door!
  • Double check the address you provided to Figleaf to ensure correct delivery address!
  • Call your local post office and provide them with the tracking # & explain that you cannot find the package even though you received a delivery notice.  Usually they will then speak with the postman who delivered the package to give you a more exact location regarding where it was left.

Figleaf Boutique is not responsible for packages after they are processed.   If you do not feel that you delivery area is secure, you might consider choosing your work location instead of home location for example.

Figleaf Boutique does not offer any services to locate packages that are LOST, UN-DELIVERABLE, or  marked as DELIVERED by USPS but not found by customer.

Figleaf Boutique is not able to change address details after the package is processed, so double check your address before submitting your order!

Figleaf Boutique is NOT responsible for packages that are not deliverable by USPS.

 

If package is "RETURNED TO SENDER" (Figleaf Boutique) for any reason, we will review the order within 7 days. 

  • If the items in the order are intact, we will issue a credit in the form of an online gift card (minus a $8 return to sender restock handling fee, and minus the original non-refundable shipping cost if there was any.)
